a lovely stay
calm space helpful staff chilled bottle cute gesture
i appreciated the garden a lot. it provided a calm space away from the crowded areas. The staff was helpful, always available to assist with directions. i found a chilled bottle of prosecco in my room upon arrival. it was a very cute gesture after a long trip.
The decor felt a LITTLE dated in some areas. The style might not appeal to everyone.

The hotel is situated on a quiet side street not far from the main attractions. The vaporetto stop is only a short walk, allowing quick access to other islands. Rialto Bridge is about 10 minutes by foot. San Marco is only 20 minutes.

The room was quite spacious and included an en suite wc and bath. The walls had silk fabric covering them. I noticed the presence of painted beams on the ceiling, a good historic detail.

The staff was very helpful. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast. There was a nice selection of items available. the location worked well for me. It was convenient for exploring the area.
The room felt quite dated. It looked a bit worn. the wifi signal was weak in my room. I could only get a connection in the bathroom.

silk fabric painted beams excellent service
the staff provided really good service. a bottle of prosecco was in the room when i arrived, a nice touch. the silk fabric on the walls and painted beams on the ceiling in the classic room are lovely.
the room felt a little dated.
